Fiesta Texas Begins Teasing New for 2022 Attraction
Six Flags Fiesta Texas has begun teasing their new attraction for 2022. Signage recently began popping up around the park with a phone number. Calling the phone number leads to a pre-recorded message with clues about the new attraction. The message also changes semi-frequently. Call 1-833 SEES YOU to hear the latest clue.
During the park’s Roller Coaster Rodeo event on Saturday, June 12, the clues ramped up for those in attendance. A small parade in Crackaxle Canyon featured steampunk-themed “monsters” and a balloon with “2022” written on the side. The balloon was led to a back area near Sundance Theatre and placed in the area that will likely house the new attraction. The fence leading to the back area now also has signage that teases the new attraction as seen in the photos above.
Update: On June 14, the park officially announced that Sundance Theatre would be removed to make way for a new attraction in 2022.
Above is a Google Earth screenshot showing major holes that Six Flags Fiesta Texas has recently dug. Marked by the blue dots, these three large holes are located in the seating area of Sundance Theatre, a Crackaxle Canyon back area and the open field outside of Lone Star Lil’s Amphitheater. These land in the same area that is being teased by the “2022” balloon and signage.
