Established in 2023, Fatburger is an outdoor restaurant located in the park’s Fiesta Bay Boardwalk section. Fatburger features both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Most recently, the location was home to a Johnny Rockets restaurant. When Fiesta Bay Boardwalk opened in 1994, it featured Cosmo’s Arcade.
