Pete's Eats, located in Rockville near Poltergeist, is a large indoor restaurant themed to an old-fashioned diner. The restaurant is original to Fiesta Texas’ opening in 1992. The restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating and several dining pass options. In 2025, Pete’s Eats underwent renovations with an updated kitchen and refreshed serving line and refill station.
