Oktoberfest

September 6 to October 26, 2025

The fall season at Six Flags Fiesta Texas brings on Oktoberfest. Occurring on select dates between September 6 and October 26, the festival spans throughout the park’s Spassburg section. The area is adorned with themed decorations and photo opportunities, while specialty booths serve up Oktoberfest-inspired food and beverage offerings. Oktoberfest also features themed entertainment, including Der Wurst Band at Sangerfest Halle Stage and the Beer Tapping Ceremony.

Festival Food & Drink

Oktoberfest food booths are located throughout the park’s Spassburg section. All food items listed below are available on the dining plan.

  • German Chocolate Cake

    • Chocolate cake with caramel, pecans and walnuts, topped with coconut icing

    Peach Cobbler

    • Peaches baked in a golden brown crust

  • Bacon-Wrapped Bratwurst

    • German bratwurst wrapped in applewood smoked bacon, served on a skewer

    German Potato Pancakes

    • Mini potato pancakes served with applesauce and sour cream

    Kielbasa

    • German sausage served on a pretzel bun with spicy mustard

    Apple Strudel

    • Baked pastry with apple filling

  • Bratkartoffeln

    • Seasoned and roasted German cottage potato wedges

    Chicken Schnitzel

    • Fried chicken breast filet, served with pickled jalapeno on a stick

    Sauerbraten

    • German beef pot roast served with red skin mashed potato

  • Bavarian Pretzel Sticks

    • Served with beer cheese

    German BBQ Ribs

    • Slow-cooked pork ribs glazed with German BBQ sauce

  • Green Fairy

    • Midori, pineapple juice, Absolute Vodka and Blue Curacao

    On the Rhine

    • Malibu Rum, Absolute Vodka, Triple Sec, strawberry puree, Granadine and cranapple juice

    Twice a day, Fiesta Texas celebrates the spirit of Oktoberfest with a beer tapping ceremony. Cheer on the experience with adult beverages and Der Wurst Band playing live music.
