Festival Entertainment
The Rockville Plaza Stage first appeared at Fiesta Texas during Holiday in the Park 2008 as the performing home for the Rockville Dickens Carolers. The stage would only be used for Holiday in the Park until 2018. From 2018 to present day, the Rockville Plaza Stage has been home to several festival and seasonal stage shows throughout the year. It stands as a focal point of jazz music during Mardi Gras Festival and features multiple shows through the spring and summer. During Holiday in the Park, guests can catch live singing shows, along with the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony that features Santa Claus and other special effects.
Rockville Plaza Stage is typically used for entertainment during Holiday in the Park.
The temporary stage is usually located in front of Rockville High School.
