Opened in 2018, Blue Snowman Ice Cream is an outdoor stand located in Rockville near the entrance to Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster. Outdoor seating is available.

Prior to Blue Snowman Ice Cream, this location was home to Reggie’s Funnel Cakes. When Fiesta Texas opened in 1992, the restaurant was known as Flossie’s Funnel Cakes.
