Oktoberfest food booths are located throughout the park’s Spassburg section. Adult beverage booths are spread throughout the park, located in Crackaxle Canyon, Fiesta Bay Boardwalk, Rockville and Spassburg.

Beer Tapping Ceremony

Twice a day, Fiesta Texas celebrates the spirit of Oktoberfest with a beer tapping ceremony in Spassburg. Cheer on the experience with adult beverages and Der Wurst Band playing live music.

Der Wurst Band

Der Wurst Band returns to Fiesta Texas and fills Sangerfest Halle with German oompah music during Oktoberfest. Their performance is a tribute to the best German music found anywhere in Texas.
