This year's Taste of Mardi Gras Food Festival at Six Flags Fiesta Texas place now through February 26. Guests can find seven booths throughout the park's Rockville section serving up savory cajun bites, beignets and an array of adult beverages. Fiesta Texas recently gave us the opportunity to tour their all-new Fright Fest haunted house, Trapped! Located in the park's Spassburg section, Trapped is set around an unsightly hospital with gruesome and surprising tricks around every corner.

After being acquired by Six Flags, Inc. in the 90s, Fiesta Texas underwent several yearly expansions to provide a well-rounded theme park experience. These included the addition of four marquee roller coasters from 1997 to 2000, several children's and flat rides, new waterpark attractions and more. Dare Devil Dive Flying Machines, a Zamperla Super Air Race, officially opened at Six Flags Fiesta Texas on March 6, 2021. Riders board six plane units and reach heights of 48 feet. Spinning at 6.5 RPM, each ride unit features a different, unique cycle.
