The park has set up an impressive and strenuous safety program that features contactless, streamlined entry, an enhanced sanitization process, a large focus on social distancing measures and increased mobile ordering capabilities for dining locations.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas to Reopen June 19
Six Flags Fiesta Texas will reopen June 19 at limited capacity to members and pass holders. On June 22, the park will be open to all other guests. Six Flags Fiesta Texas has implemented a number of policies and safety guidelines to help ensure guests and team members stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Six Flags Entertainment Corp., one of the world’s largest theme park and water park operators, is tapping a PepsiCo executive to be its next chief executive officer. The Grand Prairie-based company announced the hiring of Michael Spanos after trading markets closed Thursday.

Celebrate! Summer Night Spectacular to End After Summer 2019
Fiesta Texas has announced the end of their Celebrate! Summer Night Spectacular fireworks production. While the exact future of Fiesta Texas’ fireworks shows is unknown, this production will run on select dates through Labor Day weekend.

July 4th Fest Begins Today
July 4th Fest returns to Six Flags Fiesta Texas from July 3 to July 6. The event features exclusive ride times, daily foam parties, a Cool Zone with interactive games, the All American Food Festival (July 3 to July 9), and more.

Testing is now taking place on The Joker Carnival of Chaos and DC Super-Villains Swing. Both attractions, set to open any time this summer, appear to be testing at their full operating capacity.

Hustler to Reopen April 13
Six Flags Fiesta Texas announced today that Hustler will reopen to the public on Saturday, April 13 after an extensive refurbishment project that has taken place over the past several weeks.

Whirligig to Return as DC Super-Villain Swing, New Attraction Renderings
Six Flags Fiesta Texas released information this past information regarding the fate of Whirligig. The attraction is currently being refurbished and is scheduled to return in early summer as DC Super-Villains Swing.

The Joker Wild Card Officially Renamed The Joker Carnival of Chaos
Six Flags Fiesta Texas sent out a newsletter earlier this afternoon confirming the name change to The Joker Wild Card. The attraction will now be known as The Joker Carnival of Chaos, keeping its villainous title in tact.
