Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster (Update 4), New Hurricane Harbor Slides, Circuit Breaker Go-Carts, New Fatburger Restaurant
Park Entry Upgrades
The new shade structure at the park’s security checkpoint has been completed.
Several Volta electric vehicle chargers are in the process of being installed in Fiesta Texas’ parking lot.
New Hurricane Harbor Slides
Several components of the new children’s slide complex coming to Hurricane Harbor San Antonio have arrived in the parking lot. These new slides will be located on the water park’s second level, taking over a portion of Splash Water Springs.
Fatburger
The former Johnny Rockets location on Fiesta Bay Boardwalk will soon be home to Fatburger.
It appears that the dining location’s indoor eating area is undergoing upgrades with the change.
A Johnny Rockets location is still available in the park’s DC Universe area.
Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster
Track pieces and other components for Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster have begun arriving to the park.
The first drops for both track layouts have been delivered.
Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster will feature multiple intertwining twists and turns between the two racing tracks.
The future home of Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster has been leveled out and cleared away.
Work not seen from main pathways is taking place on the back side of the ride area.
Some foundational work has begun along the back side of the new coaster’s construction area, which can be seen from Lone Star Lil’s Amphitheater.
Circuit Breaker Go-Carts
Work continues on the newly-named Circuit Breaker go-carts attraction coming to Fiesta Texas.
TV monitors, along with various symbols on the track layout, have been installed since our last visit.
