Multi-Ride DC Universe Expansion (Update 8), Ride Refurbishments
Goliath Paint Refresh
The Goliath roller coaster has a completed fresh coat of paint on its track. It is expected that other theming changes will be coming to the ride in the near future.
Hustler Refurbishment
The park’s Hustler flat ride has finished its refurbishment project with fresh paint and a new deck.
DC Universe New Rides & Expansion
Theming walls and elements are being installed around the ride perimeter of Cyborg: Cyber Revolution.
Work has also continued on Cyborg: Cyber Revolution’s operator booth.
Shazam! Tower of Eternity is now installed, along with the ride’s seating gondola.
Paint work and a theming refresh have continued at Poison Ivy Toxic Spin. The ride units are suspended in the air while work around its base moves on.
Additional track pieces for Metropolis Transit Authority have been installed since our last update.
Metropolis Transit Authority’s station/queue structure has also gone vertical.
Dining & Retail Refreshes
Planet Krypton Cafe, which was formerly Little Kidz Cafe, has reopened and now serves up pizza.
The Caped Crusader, another new addition to DC Universe, has also opened. The retail shop was formerly a caricatures and airbrush stand at different points in time.
Daily Planet Gifts, the park’s biggest retail refresh project, has also opened. The shop footprint is expanded and is now indoor. Superman Krypton Coaster’s entrance now flows through the middle of the new shop.
